2.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering for an 888play Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) 888play Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 888play reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances held therein.
2.5 Account Verification. 888play may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888play login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 888play will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 888play immediately via live chat or email. 888play will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your Account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 888play reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to you in advance. Real Money Funds will not be forfeited without prior written notice.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your 888play Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 888play accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 888play does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the 888play Platform is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine P esos). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may be adjusted from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 888play reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal limits applied until verification is complete.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 888play Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 888play is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 888play are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Real Money Funds are used before Bonus Funds when placing wagers.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 888play reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that 888play deems to be in bad faith.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. 888play will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 888play Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 888play reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. 888play's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. 888play is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the Player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live casino games or other real-time gaming sessions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888play Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 888play Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of 888play or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 888play Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 11.1 Platform Availability. 888play endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 888play's reasonable control.
11.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
11.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, 888play's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Amendments. 888play reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Termination by 888play. 888play reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in any prohibited activity, or if 888play is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds in your Account will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 888play Platform, you agree to first contact 888play customer support to seek an informal resolution. 888play will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
